The Commons is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 duplex for $2,300. Definitely luxury on a budget. The Commons is most often shared  by 2-3 people. But can be booked as a whole. The entrance features a covered patio and keyless entry. There is a brand new one bedroom suite with queen bed, full bath with tub/shower and den/changing area with TV, all completely private.  Across the hall are 2 additional bedrooms with a shared jack and Jill bath with shower. The hall opens onto a small porch overlooking the private fenced backyard with fire pit, vibranium “rock”  from Black Panther and a swing. The open kitchen/living area also has a TV, socially distanced chairs and banquettes and is one of two common areas to hang out. There is a huge rec room below that features a twin bed, game table and 1/2 bath if you want to take a nap or have a guest (rec room not pictured). Former tenants brought projectors and watched movies  and played games in this terrace level room. 3 chose to make it their own apartment. Laundry room is available and maybe limited to certain days depending on other tenants.

The Jack and Jill bedrooms are $750 per month each.

The new 2 room suite is $1,400 per month.

All utilities and wifi is included. Housekeeping included 2x per month. More housekeeping and concierge services are available. There is a second laundry room on the terrace level available 7 days a week. Unlimited free street parking that is well lit.

For an additional charge, there is locked storage space for kits with utility sink and 2 garage spaces.

Note – There are 2 distinct living quarters that can be opened up or locked off.  Side A is a 2/2 plus office. Lifelong friendships and a sense of “home away from home” is the norm here yet privacy, separate entrances and  3 porches offer many options to socially distance.
