    Large windows and countless overhead lights provide plenty of bright light inside.  This unit affords great privacy via its private entrance, as the three additional apartments of this dwelling have their private entrance from the opposite side of the house.  Plenty of insulation has been added between the units to provide privacy and quietness.

     

    A covered awning marks the entrance, providing protection from the rain while one is fumbling for the keys.  The entrance is well lit at night for additional security.  The main room is the largest in the entire house, a 22 by 19 feet it features a formal dining table with four chairs, a large sectional couch, a set of bookshelves and a bar with two bar stools.  The living room has three separate sets of ceiling lights and three feature lights.  All the walls are painted in a white pastel, with bright white trim. Facing the couch is an elongated niche which accommodates a large screen TV set and a stereo.  The pass-through window/bar area offers the possibility to serve food and drinks directly from the kitchen.  The living room leads to the eat-in kitchen with cabinets on both sides, white Italian Venatino marble countertops, all appliances, including a gas stove with a hood, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a large side by side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered-water dispenser.  The kitchen features a dining table for four.  The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, silverware, a set of German knives, a toaster, a coffee maker, cooking tools and four sets of glasses for wine and beverages.

     

    An open passage leads from the kitchen to the laundry-dressing-closet room, with a new set of washer and dryer, and a large shelf for detergents, toilet paper and towels. This space leads to the bathroom, which features bright white Carrara marble tiles, a shower/tub, a vanity and a modern toilet.  The bathroom is complete with a double-curtain and all accessories and towels.

     

    The bedroom has a working gas-log fireplace, with an extended hearth that forms a sitting bench.  A wide built-in shelf runs by the entire head-side of the bed for additional pillows, books, lights and other such objects.  An additional closet provides room for shoes accessories and 4’ of hanging for clothes.  The queen bed is complete with sheets, linen and four oversize pillows.  Two bed-side stands are also provided with two reading lamps and a clock radio.

    Facing the bed, a TV and stereo niche provides an entertainment center. Also, in the bedroom is a tall mahogany dresser.

     

    This apartment is completed with beautiful rugs, original art on the walls, illustration books, vases, trays, and various other objects that make it feel like a warm, complete home. Sorry, there is no room for additional furniture, though the tenants are free to personalize the space and décor with objects, pillows, throws or accessories, as long as the art and furniture remain in their current configuration.  All the items in the apartment, whether furniture, equipment or accessories are a permanent part of the apartment and lease and may not be swapped or removed.  This apartment is ideal for a couple or a tenant who is looking for something ready to go.

     

    Outside, at the end of the driveway, a gated entrance gives access to a large fenced-in garden with a quaint covered porch complete with a picnic table and chairs set and a long built-in barbecue.  These features are shared with other tenants.  Street parking only for this unit; however, it is free, safe and always available.  Sorry, no pets or smokers at this location.
